How We Work

Six Steps from Enquiry to Completion

Every BOSS EXIM transaction begins with a clear understanding of the customer’s requirements. This process helps us maintain clarity, accountability and commercial discipline throughout the transaction.

    Understand

    We identify the product, grade, quantity, destination, timing, quality expectation and preferred commercial terms.

  2. Step 02

    Source

    We study suitable sourcing options and identify suppliers who can meet the requirement.

  3. Step 03

    Verify

    Buyer and supplier information, product specifications and commercial details are reviewed before we move to the next stage.

  4. Step 04

    Structure

    We structure pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, inspection, documentation and delivery responsibilities.

  5. Step 05

    Execute

    BOSS EXIM coordinates procurement, quality checks, documentation, banking arrangements, logistics and shipment.

  6. Step 06

    Complete

    The transaction is monitored through delivery and payment closure.

Behind these six stages, our internal process includes more detailed controls for KYC, documentation, payment security, quality, shipping and transaction closure.

Quality & Verification

Verify, Then Execute

Product quality and business verification are essential parts of international trade. Depending on the product and transaction, we review buyer and supplier information, product specifications, available certificates, quality reports and commercial documentation before execution.

  • Manufactured Products

    For polymers and similar products, we may review the manufacturer CoA, TDS and technical data.

  • Agricultural Products

    Laboratory testing, phytosanitary documents, residue reports or other certificates may be required.

  • Scrap & Metals

    Grade verification, weight checks, PSIC, radiation or contamination declarations and third-party inspection may be relevant.

  • Independent Inspection

    Where necessary, independent surveyors, laboratories or inspection agencies can be involved.

  • Transaction Documents

    We also review the shipping, insurance, customs and transaction documentation required for the trade.

  • Verified Parties

    Buyer and supplier information is reviewed before any trade is executed.

BOSS EXIM’s current core trade markets include India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, UAE, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. India is our corporate base and a key sourcing and destination market. India, Singapore and Malaysia also benefit from the wider BOSS Container Line presence and logistics capabilities.

Our wider network extends beyond these locations through the BOSS Group, shipping relationships, logistics partners and agent networks across the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Gulf, Red Sea and Africa, CIS markets and other international destinations.

We do not present every country as a BOSS EXIM office. Instead, we distinguish between our own corporate base, BOSS Group logistics presence, core trade markets and extended network capability. This structure allows us to support international business opportunities even in markets where BOSS EXIM does not maintain a dedicated office.

    Registering as a buyer with BOSS EXIM helps us understand your business requirements and identify suitable sourcing opportunities more efficiently. Buyers can share company details, product specifications, quantity, purchase frequency, destination, delivery expectations, preferred Incoterm and payment method, and upload supporting documents such as product specifications or import licences where relevant.

All submitted information is used for internal business evaluation and enquiry processing.

    BOSS EXIM welcomes manufacturers, processors, exporters and reliable traders that can offer consistent quality, competitive terms and dependable supply. Suppliers can register company details, products, grades, origin, capacity, MOQ, packaging, loading port, pricing and payment terms, along with profiles, specifications, certificates, CoA or test reports and product photographs.

    Benefits include visibility for current and future buyer requirements, faster product matching, structured enquiry handling, improved communication, repeat-business opportunities and potential access to international markets. Business is pursued only when supplier capability matches a genuine and commercially viable requirement.
